GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores & Online can be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Correctly purchased ,Change of mind


You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

If applicable OEMIT will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved .In case you using Courier ,please use the following shipping address [22 Chasewater St, New Redruth, Alberton, 1450] Please make sure to include invoice in the package.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original sealed packaging

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, OnceProvided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

Unfortunately, products that were marked as a gift when purchased are not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
